Shipping policy

We despatch in-stock orders within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Where a product has a longer lead time, this is shown on its product page. If your order contains several items we will normally send them together, unless we have agreed a part-shipment with you.

Free UK mainland delivery

•     Orders over £130 and under 30kg – free delivery to UK mainland addresses.

•     Orders over 30kg may carry a surcharge reflecting the actual courier cost. We will always show this at checkout.

All deliveries require a signature and will not be left unattended.

Checking your delivery

Please look over the outer packaging before you sign. If the box is visibly damaged, sign for it as "damaged" and let us know the same day – this lets us arrange a replacement quickly. If the packaging looks fine but the item inside is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep all the packaging.

Highlands, islands and international delivery

We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, UK islands, Europe and worldwide. Enter your postcode or country at checkout to see the options and prices available. For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are payable by the recipient.
