Fast, Reliable UK Delivery
We despatch all in-stock orders within 24 working hours (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). If a product has a longer lead time, this is shown clearly on its product page. Ordered several items? We'll normally send them together, unless we've agreed a part-shipment with you.
Free UK Mainland Delivery
- Orders over £130 and under 30kg – free delivery to UK mainland addresses.
- Orders over 30kg may carry a surcharge reflecting the actual courier cost – we'll always show this clearly at checkout.
Every order over £100 includes a free 3-inch dealer puck, added automatically at checkout.

All deliveries require a signature and will not be left unattended.
Checking Your Delivery
Please look over the outer packaging before you sign. If the box is visibly damaged, sign for it as "damaged" and let us know the same day – this lets us arrange a replacement quickly. If the packaging looks fine but the item inside is damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and keep all the packaging.
Highlands, Islands and International Delivery
We deliver to the Scottish Highlands, UK islands, Europe and worldwide. Enter your postcode or country at checkout to see the options and prices available. For deliveries outside the UK, any import duties or taxes are payable by the recipient.
Returns & Refunds Made Easy
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we'll do everything we can to put it right.
Changed Your Mind?
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just let us know, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.
- Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, so we can sell them again.
- Please label the outside of the parcel RETURNS and your order number, e.g. "RETURNS #100000111".
- You're responsible for the cost of sending the item back – we recommend Evri, which offers low-cost tracked returns from thousands of drop-off points.
- We'll refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back. If you chose a faster delivery option, we'll refund the cost of standard delivery only.
Items over 120cm cannot go by Royal Mail or Evri. We can arrange a courier collection for £19.99 – just ask.
Made-to-Measure and Cut-to-Order Items
Items cut or made to your specification, such as poker speed cloth, cannot be returned for a change of mind or an incorrect size once cut. If you're unsure, ask us for a free fabric sample before ordering. This doesn't affect your rights if the item is faulty.
Faulty or Damaged Items
If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Within 30 days of delivery you're entitled to a full refund. After that, we'll offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that isn't possible. We'll cover reasonable return postage for faulty items.
- If the packaging was visibly damaged on arrival, please tell us the same day if you can.
- Keep all packaging – the courier may need to inspect it.
These arrangements are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.
Cancelling Before Despatch
If your order hasn't yet been despatched (or, for cut-to-order items, hasn't yet been cut), contact us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
