Refund policy

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we will do everything we can to put it right.

Changed your mind?

You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it. Just let us know, then return the item within 14 days of telling us.

• Items should be unused, in their original condition and packaging, so we can sell them again.

• Please label the outside of the parcel RETURNS and your order number, e.g. "RETURNS #100000111".

• You are responsible for the cost of sending the item back. We recommend Evri, which offers low-cost tracked returns from thousands of drop-off points.

• We will refund the price of the item and the original standard delivery charge within 14 days of receiving it back. If you chose a faster delivery option, we will refund the cost of standard delivery only.

Items over 120cm cannot go by Royal Mail or Evri. We can arrange a courier collection for £19.99 – just ask.

Made-to-measure and cut-to-order items

Items cut or made to your specification, such as poker speed cloth, cannot be returned for a change of mind or an incorrect size once cut. If you are unsure, ask us for a free fabric sample before ordering. This does not affect your rights if the item is faulty.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item is faulty or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Within 30 days of delivery you are entitled to a full refund. After that, we will offer a repair or replacement, or a refund if that is not possible. We will cover reasonable return postage for faulty items.

• If the packaging was visibly damaged on arrival, please tell us the same day if you can.

• Keep all packaging – the courier may need to inspect it.

These arrangements are in addition to your statutory rights, which are not affected.

Cancelling before despatch

If your order has not yet been despatched (or, for cut-to-order items, has not yet been cut), contact us and we will cancel it and refund you in full.
