Packaging and signing for Goods.

Please note that the main problems we have with couriers is the damage that they can cause to the products via miss treatment of the boxes, this mainly occurs on our heavier items.  On the product pages for poker sets and poker tables we have listed pictures to show you the perfect condition boxes leave our warehouse.  If your box does not look like this when delivered please sign for as damaged if you are not able to check.  This means we can then process a claim and get you a speedy replacement.  If you just sign for the goods you are signing that at they have been checked and arrived in perfect condition.  If you later notice a problem it is difficult for us to make a claim.

 Delivery Rates

FREE DELIVERY

We have various delivery options at Squirrel Poker for you to choose from, and remember you get free delivery in the UK when spending over £130.00. PLEASE NOTE that free delivery is applied to orders with a total cart value of £100 ONLY when the total weight of the basket is less than 30KG.  Unfortunately due to high courier charges over 25KG we are unable to offer free delivery.  What we have done is applied a special rate for orders over £130 and 25KG so you only pay the surcharges that we are given for the weight.  This rate applied to mainland UK only.

Delivery Service -

Free shipping is available on order over £130 to mainland UK postcodes only

Royal Mail - For smaller options we can ship via the royal mail this service will be applicable for items only up to a certain and size and weight, the shopping cart will automatically offer you this option if suitable.  When the item are either to heavy or to large courier options will be made available.

Standard/Economy Courier

This service is generally 5-8 days and we use EVRI, this service is not available on poker tables as they are too large, there is also a weight limit per package on this service.

Express Courier

This is a 1-2 day service, all deliveries are booked on as next day and the aim of the courier is to deliver within this timescale, please select this option if you need your goods quickly.  Delivery will be made via DHL or Royal Mail next day 2pm service.  We will select the service based on size and weight of the items you have ordered.

Please note that all items are subject to a processing time as well as delivery time. Making times are stated on each product, and these are stated as working days, excluding weekends and bank holidays. These are estimated times, and often depend on the current workload of the stores, so they can often be slightly quicker or slower. If you have ordered more than one item we will usually despatch your order all together when every item is ready, however if you need items sooner we can arrange a part shipment where possible.

Most of our delivery services require a signature on delivery and packages will not be left outside properties, so a lot of our customers prefer to use a work address for delivery. We do encourage this as it can cut out repeat delivery attempts and means we can get your order to you in the quickest time possible.

If you need your order in a hurry and would like to track it also, please chose the Express Tracked delivery option as this is a fully trackable courier service with a guaranteed next day delivery. Please note, the guaranteed next day delivery is from the day you receive your shipment notification, not from the day you place your order.

We use Royal Mail and EVRI for most of our shipments, however on occasion we may use another courier. If you have been supplied with a tracking number, please go to the relevant couriers’ website to track your order.

International Delivery

We now offer an international delivery service available for most countries, if your country is not in the list on our website please do contact us to see if we are able to ship to your area. Please find details of each delivery service below:

Outside mainland UK

We also offer competitive rates for al shipment to the UK highlands and islands, Europe, and world-wide, these options will be shown to you if your postcode or country code is correctly entered.

If you require any other special postage service please contact us and we can arrange/advise accordingly.

Please note, Squirrel Poker will not pay any duty charges on any items purchased through our website. If you are ordering outside the UK, you are responsible for paying the customs and duty that may be added on delivery of your parcel.
