CLAIMS PROCEDURE DAMAMAGED GOODS - ALL COURIER DELIVERIES
If you wish to claim for a damaged shipment you must comply with any applicable
convention or if none applies you must comply with the following procedure otherwise
we reserve the right to reject your claim:
a) you must notify us about the damage within 7 days after delivery of the
shipment being received. If we send you a claim form you must return it within
21 days from the date of issue fully completed together with all relevant documentation
in support of your claim.
b) we will assume the shipment was delivered in good condition unless you have
noted any damage on our delivery record when you accepted the shipment. If you
have signed for a consignment as in good condition, no claim for damage can
be submitted.
c) Where an item has been damaged, and it has been noted when the package was
signed for, we will arrange at our cost for a replacement item to be sent out
and the damaged goods collected. You must specify a date and time for the delivery/collection.
d) Where goods have been signed for as in good condition, but have at a later
date been found to be damage we will not cover the cost of return but may at
our discretion cover the cost of replacement being sent out, but this is not
guaranteed and will depend on circumstances..
e) All goods returned to us must be sent via recorded delivery.
At squirrel Poker we aim to ship your goods as soon as possible, it is very rare that any of the goods that you buy will be out of stock, but in the rare cases that they are, we promise to contact you immediately and advise you of the delivery situation so you can decide how to proceed.
Once we have received order we aim to ship within 48 hours, this is due to the nature of internet business, where orders can be placed 24hours a day and we do not work that long hours! Where possible we aim to ship same day. Depending on the size of your order or the products that you order we will ship either by standard 1st Class Royal mail postage or we will use a 3 days courier. If you require urgent delivery please email us and we can arrange this at your cost.
For the larger casino poker/blackjack tables we will organise a specific courier service and this will be charged according to your address details, again we will contact you to advise the charge prior to your order.
Returns
If you are not happy with your order we will do everything possible to rectify the situation.
